Refund Policy
Refunds available within 14 days if the earring is unused, in original packaging, and a photo is sent on delivery day to info@maisonvias.com — no exchanges offered.
Returns require prior approval, and a 150 EGP return shipping fee is paid by the customer.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
