Refund policy

You can check your order upon delivery while the courier is waiting. If you choose to reject the order, only the delivery fees will be charged.

We offer a 14-day refund window starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. As part of our quality assurance process, a clear photo of the earring must be shared on the same day of delivery to confirm it was received in perfect condition.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

To request a refund, kindly contact us at info@maisonvias.com or direct message on our social media platforms with your order details along with the required photo. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Shipping Fees
For approved refunds, a return shipping fee of 150 EGP will be applied and covered by the customer.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We recommend checking your order upon delivery and contacting us immediately if you have any concerns.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.
