Refund policy

We implement the Egyptian laws of consumer protection. According to
the Consumer Protection law.

Within 30 Days, the consumer has the right to replace or return the
product and refunds its value within 30 days of the date of purchase if it is
marred by defect or not conforming to the specifications or for the
purpose for which it was contracted, in accordance with the instructions
of the Egyptian CPA (article 21 of the law).

Within 14 Days, The consumer has the right to replace or return the item
with the refund of its value, without giving any reasons and without
incurring any expenses within 14 days of receipt (Article 17 of the Law)
"Except for Jewelry, Personal Accessories and Personal Care Products"
(According to article 13 of the executive regulations of the law) without
violating any legal guarantees or conditions.

NOTE: You may also check your order upon delivery while the courier is waiting to avoid a refund and exchange. Should you choose to reject the order at that time, the delivery fee will still be charged.

للمستهلك الحق في استبدال السلعة أو إعادتها مع استرداد قيمتها النقدية، دون إبداء أي أسباب ودون تحمل أي
نفقات خلال أربعة عشر يوم من تسلمها، وذلك دون الإخلال بأي ضمانات أو شروط قانونية (نص المادة 17
من القانون).

واستثناء من أحكام الفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة، لا يجوز للمستهلك مباشرة حق الاستبدال أو الإعادة في الأحوال
الآتية:

١ - إذا كانت طبيعة السلعة أو خصائصها أو طريقة تعبئتها أو تغليفها تحول دون استبدالها أو ردها، أو يستحيل
معه إعادتها إلى الحالة التي كانت عليها عند التعاقد.

٢ - إذا كانت السلعة تعد من الحلي والمجوهرات وما في حكمها "الاكسسوارات بجميع اشكالها وانواعها". (نص
المادة رقم 13 من اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون حماية المستهلك)

٣ - إذا لم تكن السلعة بذات الحالة التي كانت عليها وقت البيع لسبب يرجع إلى المستهلك.

للمستهلك الحق خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تسلم السلعة في استبدالها أو إعادتها مع استرداد قيمتها إذا كانت
بها عيب أو كانت غير مطابقة للمواصفات أو للغرض الذي تم التعاقد عليها من أجله. (نص المادة رقم 21 من
القانون).

وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون الأحكام والإجراءات اللازمة لذلك.

في حالة الموافقة على الاسترجاع يتم رد قيمة الأوردر للعميل بنفس طريقة الدفع عند إتمام طلب الشراء، يتحمل
العميل مصاريف بنكية بنسبة ٣٪ من قيمة الطلب لصالح مزودي خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني او عن طريق انستاباي، مع العلم أن مصاريف
الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

ملاحظة: يمكنك فحص طلبك عند الاستلام أثناء تواجد مندوب التوصيل لتجنب الاسترجاع او الاستبدال. في حال اخترت رفض الطلب في تلك اللحظة، سيتم تحصيل رسوم التوصيل رغم ذلك.

Refunds is only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects only
To be eligible for a return, a clear photo must be shared on the same day of delivery.

The item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items on Sale can only be replaced and not refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: You have 24 hours to notify us by sending an
email at info@maisonvias.com from the day you received your
purchase.

• Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.

• Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
info@maisonvias.com

• Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a
refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to reach you, may vary.
