Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order. You may also check your order upon delivery while the courier is waiting. Should you choose to reject the order at that time, the delivery fee will still be charged.
To be eligible, the earring must be unused, in its original packaging, and a clear photo must be shared on the same day of delivery at info@maisonvias.com

All returns require prior approval, and a 150 EGP return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
